WOW. I had never seen one of these before. This is a hand carved wooden puppet that is also a bottle stopper! There is a string on the back and when you pull it he pulls up his cap and tips his head down (I wish I could post a video of the movement). These pieces were made by Anri and are very collectible. This is a cork stopper and it is currently in a bottle but it comes out. I am including the bottle even though I know it was not an original pairing because Anri stoppers were sold alone. I am including the bottle because I think they have been together for a long time so I don't want to split them up but the stopper does come completely out of the bottle.
Measures:
Stopper - 6" Tall
Bottle - 6" Tall x 2 1/2" Diameter
Condition - Good Vintage - Puppet is in working order and does come completely out of the bottle.
